Agritechnica Asia Live 2022 titled “Synchronous mechanization towards sustainable agriculture” was organized in Can Tho City from August 24th to 26th, 2022. This is an important international event for the Agriculture Industry in 2022 and also an opportunity for farmers to gain a fast and  effective access to modern technologies; thereby creating a playground for domestic and foreign businesses to promote their products and equipment, strengthening the exchange and cooperation in the field of agriculture while still expanding the application scale of Agriculture 4.0 and smart technology through live demonstrations of mechanization and digital agriculture.

Main activities of the event include the demonstration of production practices, technology and agricultural machinery; display technology, agricultural machinery and equipment, products of the “One Commune-One Product program (OCOP)”. In addition, there is a series of seminars with many pressing topics such as synchronous mechanization towards sustainable agriculture, consultation workshops on the construction of the Center for Mechanization in the Mekong Delta.

The Union of Science and Technology Associations of Can Tho City is a member of the Organizing Committee and have opportunities to show advanced machines and equipment of farmers and other products that are awarded at the Technical Innovation Contest in the Agriculture Field of Can Tho City.
