Smart City Asia International Forum and Exhibition 2023

The Forum and Exhibition took place from April 13 to April 15, 2023 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the Organizing Committee, Smart City Asia 2023 attracted more than 400 booths and nearly 300 exhibitors of which 70% are international businesses including the Korean business delegation with technology products related to smart mobility, smart home, smart transportation,... leading technology enterprises in the world such as: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Helvar Pte., PLt, (Finland); Geometa – smart urban planning and management solutions (United Arab Emirates); Wildfaces.ai (Hongkong), Dahua, Vivotek (Taiwan), Aunch JD, Vispatial (Singapore), etc. The Vietnamese representative had the participation of large telecommunications technology groups FPT, VNPT, 5 related departments of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang city…

Display topics about solutions for public lighting technology; security systems - security and safety in the smart city ecosystem; equipment for smart building construction and management; technology application solutions in smart production management, buildings - houses and smart apartments...

Side events of exhibition, several seminars related to the process of digital transformation, towards building and developing modern data and analytics infrastructure for smart cities held.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Mr. Phan Van Mai emphasized that building smart city and promoting digital transformation in all fields is an opportunity for the city to absorb successful lessons from other provinces & cities, ministries, sectors and countries around the world, thereby speeding up the process of building smart cities. This forum and exhibition recognizes as a good opportunity to discuss policies to promote the construction and development of smart cities in Vietnam; at the same time, directly offer solutions to help build and develop smart city for Ho Chi Minh City and cities across the country, helping to solve urgent issues such as traffic management, urban areas, security and order, environment, education, and health... serve the people's life, safety and social security better and better.
