Member of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations congratulates to Party General Secretary To Lam
On August 9th, Philippine Technological Council sent a congratulatory email to President To Lam on the occasion of his election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee; saying “May I convey my best wishes to Comrade To Lam for His election as the General Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee. CONGRATULATIONS”.

ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO) founded in 1981, gather all the Engineer Associations and Engineer Federations of Southeast Asian countries aiming to promote goodwill and mutual understanding; to establish and develop a ASEAN baseline standard for the engineering profession with the objective of facilitating the mobility of the engineers within the ASEAN countries”. Since 1998, VUSTA has represented Vietnam to participate in AFEO. VUSTA has promoted the registration of nearly 700 Vietnamese engineers according to ASEAN engineering standards.
