On the morning of May 16, in Thanh Ha District, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of the province (the Union) collaborated with the People's Committee of Thanh Ha District to organize a scientific workshop titled "Developing sustainable livestock farming, reducing emissions, and accessing the carbon market in Hai Duong”.

On the morning of May 15, the Thanh Hoa provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations (the Union) collaborated with the Ham Rong Club to organize a specialized information conference titled "Culture, history, land, and people of Thanh Hoa" to celebrate Vietnam Science and Technology Day on May 18.

To celebrate World Environment Day (June 5th), VUSTA and the Center for People and Nature (PanNature) coordinated with the local authority to hold a launching ceremony for the 2024 Green Forest Program on the morning of June 2nd (2024). The program aims to restore 10 hectares of forest in Van Ho (Son La) and 15 in Hang Kia - Pa Co Nature Reserve.

In May 2024, the Vietnam Integration Journal (under the Institute of Policy, Law, and Management - VUSTA) was licensed by Crossref organization with Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

On May 23, in Sa Thay district, the Kon Tum Union of Science and Technology Associations coordinated with the Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Department and Sa Thay District People's Committee to organize a workshop on "sustainable durian farming techniques".

Nhan Dan Newspaper’s Science and Education Department Director Do Trung Hieu led the department’s visit to VUSTA on Vietnam Science & Technology Day (May 18).

On the morning of November 22, the Provincial Union of Vinh Phuc held a consultation workshop to evaluate the Project on digitalization and digitization of the system of records, documents upon ISO 9001:2015 (from paper to electronic version) in the operations of provincial, district, and commune-level administrative agencies within the province.

VUSTA Vice President Pham Ngoc Linh hosted a reception on the morning of April 10th for the European Union Delegation to Vietnam, led by Deputy Head of Cooperation, Jesús Laviña.

Dr. Nguyen Duy Duy, a young Vietnamese scientist, has made him to the list of top 10 young scientists in the field of physics awarded by the Australian Academy of Science.

On April 5th, in Hanoi, the Pellet Association (Vietnam Timber and Forest Products Association), the Vietnam Thermal Science and Technology Association, and Forest Trends organized a Workshop on "The role of pellets in fuel conversion for steam boilers – towards low-emission production in Vietnam".

On April 2, 2024, the Binh Thuan Tourism Association (a member of the Binh Thuan Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations) organized a conference to review the work of 2023 and implement action plans in 2024.

On April 9 in Ho Chi Minh City, the QCC Center - under VUSTA and Tin Thanh Group host a signing ceremony for reducing one billion tons of carbon emissions per year and announced the launch of a global carbon credit NFT trading platform.
