Mr. Pham Ngoc Linh, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, spokeat the launch event of the Marcom-AI Platform-a technological initiative aimed at advancing the communications sector and announces the establishment of the Data and Artificial Intelligence Alliance (D.A Alliance) by Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy.
The launch ceremony of the Marcom-AI Platform, a technological initiative aimed at driving innovation in the communications industry, along with the official announcement of the Data and Artificial Intelligence Alliance (D.A Alliance) established by Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy, was held on the afternoon of June 2, 2025, in Hanoi.
In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Ngoc Linh, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, commended the introduction of the Marcom-AI Platform and the high-tech development strategy pursued by Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy. He emphasized that these initiatives represent concrete and practical steps toward achieving the objectives set forth in Resolution 57.
This initiative not only reflects the pioneering spirit of a leading economic journalism agency but also strongly promotes a culture of innovation. It marks a significant advancement in the application of technology to media research and strategic development, thereby expanding the development space not only for Vietnam Economic Times but also for press agencies and businesses more broadly.

Mr. Dao Quang Binh, Chairman of the Editorial Council and Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy, as well as CEO of the Asko Platform AI Ecosystem, delivered the opening remarks at the launch ceremony of the Marcom-AI Platform.
He emphasized that the development of the Marcom-AI Platform ecosystem and the high-tech orientation of Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy are practical and concrete steps toward realizing the goals set out in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, issued by the Politburo, which focuses on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
This initiative not only reflects the pioneering spirit of a leading economic media agency but also contributes to promoting a culture of innovation and accelerating digital transformation across society.
Speaking as Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Dr. Pham Ngoc Linh affirmed that the Union will work closely with relevant ministries, agencies, and stakeholders to mobilize and connect vital production resources, including investment capital, high-quality human resources, and specialized training programs to support the success of breakthrough technology projects.
“This initiative, we believe, will serve as a catalyst for the sustainable development of Vietnam Economic Times, while also contributing meaningfully to the broader advancement of Vietnam’s digital economy,” he stated.
