Delegates observe a flag-raising ceremony

According to Mr. Phan Xuan Dung, recently, we have heard about "The Fourth Industrial Revolution", "Industrial Revolution 4.0" or "Digital Revolution". These phrases are so popular that it will be considered obsolete if any speeches or reports, documents, large or small resolutions of all levels, do not mention them.

If the First Industrial Revolution was a steam engine revolution; the Second Industrial Revolution is about electric motors; The third industrial revolution is rooted in digitalization, the Internet and automation, what does this Fourth Industrial Revolution originate from? How does it have a name? What are its nature, characteristics and influence? How do countries deal with this revolution and what should we do in Vietnam? All these questions have prompted us to seek answers.

“Digital conversion is so complex, so simple, so fun and so effective. Therefore, today's talk is very useful for our country and we will not lose to any countries", - Mr. Phan Xuan Dung stressed.
