The organizing committee received 11 discursive essays from researchers, institutions, and businesses in this seminar. All the speeches were high-quality, passionate, and highly valuable. This is because their authors were directly related, participated, and witnessed every event, figure, or other cultural-historical tourism activity in the province.
The essays focused on evaluating the current situation of the development of the Moc Chau National Tourism Area, as well as the importance, issues, and methods of collecting and compiling culturally symbolic tourism stories for the tourist areas and spots. From assessing the potential and advantages of destinations associated with cultural and historical values to identifying the subjects and how to proceed, delegates assessed that the potential for the development of cultural and historical tourism in the Moc Chau National Tourism Area is significant. However, there are still many limitations in exploiting it for tourism development. The collection and compilation of culturally symbolic tourism stories and narratives need to be seriously and carefully researched to promote market development and build diverse, sustainable tourism products, contributing to achieving the goal of recognizing the Moc Chau National Tourism Area before 2025.
Through the seminar, the organizing committee gathered the opinions of the delegates and prepared a report on issues in collecting and compiling stories to serve the development of cultural and historical tourism products in the Moc Chau National Tourism Area. This report is proposed to the province’s Standing Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee.
