Vusta gives approval to the project Strengthening the network for women’s rights in Vietnam

November 2 nd2021, VUSTA has rendered the approval for the project “Strengthening the network for women’s rights in Vietnam” at its the Decision No.841/QĐ-LHHVN.

The Project was implemented by the Institute for Social Development Studies (ISDS) – VUSTA affiliate - with the non-refundable aid of EUR 35.385 sponsored by Rosa Luxemburg Stifting Foundation, one of the six major political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Received the Decision approving the project “Strengthening the network for women’s rights in Vietnam”

The project was implemented in Hanoi in the period of October 2021 and March 2023 with the main goal of introducing feminist approach and bringing ferminist discourse into the Vietnamese context, particularly in the areas of gender, sexuality, gender-based violence, family and reproduction, employment and migration and other fields processed by main partners of ISDS and Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung.

With that goal, the project will implement a series of activities including developing a training program on basic feminist knowledge, feminist perspectives and methodologies focusing on mentioned-above fields; organize training courses for partners of ISDS and Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung; and establish a network of feminists in Vietnam to share information and experiences, contributing to the improvement of living standards.

VUSTA delegation engages with Japanese science and technology partners
